Buying finished jewelry and unique cabochons at urbanrelicdesign.com is very easy.

To make life even easier for our clients and ourselves, we follow several simple guidelines. If you are considering the purchase of some of the pieces exhibited in our Galleries or wish to have a jewelry piece custom made, please read the following:

1.....Payment - We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and personal check. Sometimes we will even consider a trade for cookies, but they have to be really, really good cookies.

2.....Shipping - Items are shipped as soon as funds clear - immediately for credit cards, and usually 3 to 5 days for personal checks. We work with a number of shippers (USPS-Registered Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc) and include complimentary delivery confirmation on all of our shipped items. Insurance is typically added for your item's security in shipment. The cost of shipping is added to the purchase price of your items at checkout. Additional shipping quotes are available on request.

3.....Returns - Stocked items may be returned within seven days of the date of receipt for a full refund less shipping and/or tax charged. Returned items must be in original condition and cannot have been damaged or altered in any way. If you have an item you would like to return, please email us at info@urbanrelicdesign.com, or call us at 847-873-2828 for instructions before mailing your item back to us. This will insure that your return is processed correctly.

Please note: Custom-designed, commissioned pieces cannot be returned for a refund. During the creation of a custom designed piece, we work closely with you to ensure that the finished product is what you want!

4.....Diamonds and Gemstones - Some of our fine custom jewelry pieces feature diamonds and gemstones that we have helped our clients acquire. When considering custom work, our first responsibility is to clients who have purchased gemstones from us. Often, because of work load, we are unable to create pieces for previously owned gemstones, or gemstones purchased elsewhere. If you are considering hiring us to create a custom jewelry piece for you, please contact us before purchasing gemstones or diamonds elsewhere.

5......Sales Tax – urbanrelicdesign.com is based in Cook County Illinois, which has a sales tax of 9.75%. If you happen to live in Illinois, you must also pay this sales tax.

Privacy - Our policy with regard to privacy is very simple: We never have and never will share client information with any third parties! Your trust and confidence is critical to our business. We will never violate that trust by sharing your email address or other personal information with any unauthorized persons.
